Professional acoustic engine sound systems
1. Basic concepts.
1.1. Online store — an online website located at: (https://enginevox.com /) which shows the Goods offered by the Seller for purchase and all related subdomains;
1.2. Online Store Visitor — a person who came to the Online store's website without the purpose of placing an Order;
1.3. User is an individual or legal entity, a visitor to the Online Store, who accepts the terms of this Agreement and wishes to place Orders in the Online Store.;
1.4. Buyer — The User who placed an Order in the Online store;
1.5. Product — items offered for sale in an online store;
1.6. Order is a duly executed request from the Buyer for purchase and delivery to the address specified by the Buyer / by pickup of Goods selected in the Online Store.
2. General provisions.
2.1. The Seller sells the Goods through the Online Store.
2.2. By ordering Goods through the Online Store, the User agrees to the terms set out below. In case of disagreement with the terms set forth in this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement or Public Offer), the User is obliged to immediately stop using the service and leave the Online Store.
2.3. This User Agreement, as well as information about the Product, are a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2.4. The Agreement may be changed unilaterally by the Seller without notifying the User./The buyer. The new version of the Agreement comes into force after 10 (Ten) calendar days from the date of its publication.
2.5. The Public Offer is recognized as accepted by the Online Store Visitor / Buyer from the moment the Visitor registers in the Online Store, the Buyer places an Order without authorization, and the moment the Order is accepted by the Buyer by phone: +7 (921) 449-99-97.
2.6. When Making An Order, The User/The Buyer agrees that the Seller may entrust the execution of the Contract to a third party, while remaining responsible for its execution.
2.7. All rights and obligations under the Agreement concluded with the User arise directly from the Seller.
3. The subject of the agreement.
3.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide an opportunity for Users to purchase Goods presented in the Online Store.
3.2. This Agreement applies to all types of Goods and services provided in the Online Store, as long as such offers and descriptions are available in the Online Store's catalog.
4. Registration in the online store.
4.1. Registration in the Online store is carried out by clicking on the "Register" button.
4.2. Registration in the Online Store is not mandatory for placing an Order.
4.3. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the User during registration.
4.4. The User undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password specified during registration.
4.5. User Communication/The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller's representatives should be based on the principles of generally accepted morality and communication etiquette. The use of obscene words, swearing, insulting expressions, as well as threats and blackmail is strictly prohibited, regardless of the form and to whom they were addressed.
5. The product and the purchase procedure.
5.1. The Seller ensures that the Goods presented in the Online Store are available in his warehouse. The accompanying photographs are simple illustrations of the Product and may differ from the actual appearance of the Product. The descriptions/characteristics accompanying the Product do not pretend to be exhaustive and may contain typos. To clarify the Product information, the Buyer must contact the Seller by any means of communication specified in the Online store.
5.2. If the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not in the Seller's warehouse, the latter has the right to exclude the specified Goods from the Order or cancel the Buyer's Order, notifying the Buyer by sending an appropriate e-mail message to the address specified by the Buyer during registration or by calling the Seller.
5.3. In case of cancellation of a fully or partially prepaid Order, the value of the cancelled Goods is returned by the Seller to the Buyer in the manner in which the Goods were paid for.
5.4. The Buyer bears full responsibility for providing incorrect information, which resulted in the inability of the Seller to properly fulfill its obligations to the Buyer.
5.5. When processing an Order, the Seller may, if necessary, clarify the details of the Order and agree on the delivery date. The delivery date depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in the Seller's warehouse and the time required for processing and delivery of the Order.
5.6. The date of delivery of the Goods may be changed unilaterally by the Seller if there are objective reasons or force majeure circumstances in the Seller's opinion.
6. Order delivery.
6.1. The Buyer who placed an Order in the Online Store and indicated the delivery address located outside the Kaliningrad region agrees that his Order will be transferred to another Seller who sells the same or similar goods in the territory covering the Buyer's delivery address.
6.2. Delays in delivery are possible due to unforeseen circumstances that are not the fault of the Seller.
6.3. Upon delivery, the Order is handed over to the Buyer or to a third party specified in the Order as the recipient (hereinafter, the Buyer and the third party are referred to as the "Recipient"). If it is impossible to receive an Order paid in cash by the above-mentioned persons, the Order can be handed over to a person who can provide information about the Order (shipment number and/or Recipient's full name), as well as pay the cost of the Order in full to the person delivering the Order.
6.4. In order to avoid fraud, as well as to fulfill assumed obligations, upon delivery of a prepaid Order, the person delivering the Order has the right to request an identity document of the Recipient, as well as to indicate the type and number of the document provided by the Recipient on the Order receipt. The Seller guarantees the confidentiality and protection of the Recipient's personal data.
6.5. The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Order is handed over to him and the Recipient of the Order signs the documents confirming the delivery of the Order. In case of non-delivery of the Order, the Seller reimburses the Buyer for the cost of the Order and delivery prepaid by the Buyer in full after receiving confirmation of the loss of the Order from the Delivery Service.
6.6. The cost of delivery of each Order for individuals is calculated individually, based on information about the delivery address of the Goods, weight, dimensions and delivery method. The shipping cost is indicated in the Online Store when placing an Order.
6.7. The Seller's obligation to transfer the goods to the Buyer is deemed fulfilled at the time the courier delivers the Goods to the Recipient or the Recipient receives the Goods at a pre-agreed place of Order pick-up (including the pick-up point).
6.8. When accepting an Order from the courier, the Recipient is obliged to inspect the delivered Goods and check them for compliance with the declared quantity, assortment and completeness of the Goods, as well as to check the service life of the delivered Goods and the integrity of the packaging. If there are no claims to the delivered Goods, the Recipient signs the "Order Delivery Form" or other similar document provided by the courier and pays for the Order (in the absence of a 100% prepayment or a valid contract for legal entities). The signature in the accompanying documents indicates that the Recipient has not claimed the Goods and the Seller has fully and properly fulfilled his obligation to transfer the Goods.
6.9. For legal entities that are clients, it is necessary to have a seal or a power of attorney upon receipt of the goods.
6.10. The time spent by couriers delivering goods sold by the Seller to the Recipient's address is limited to 10 minutes.
6.11. The product presented in the Online store complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.12. To clarify the date, time and, if necessary, the delivery route, you can contact the operator / manager using any communication method specified in the Online store.
6.13. The User understands and agrees that the delivery is a separate service that is not an integral part of the Goods purchased by the Buyer, the execution of which ends at the moment the Recipient receives the Goods and makes payment for them.
7. Payment for the goods.
7.1. The price of the goods sold in the Online store is indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation without VAT.
7.2. The price of the Product is indicated in the Online Store. In case of incorrect indication of the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer, the Seller informs the Buyer about this in order to confirm the Order at the corrected price or cancel the Order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this Order is considered cancelled. If the Order has been paid, the Seller returns the amount paid for the Order to the Buyer in the same way as it was paid.
7.3. The price of the Product in the Online Store can be changed unilaterally by the Seller. The price of an Order made before the change in the price of the Product is not subject to change.
7.4. Individuals pay in cash (by cash receipt) and for non-cash payment (payment via terminals with bank cards) to the courier upon delivery, or at the office upon pickup.
7.5. Legal entities make payments in cash (by cash receipt) and by wire transfer (based on a signed agreement and an invoice).
7.6. Features of payment for Goods using bank cards.
7.6.1. In accordance with the Regulation of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation "On Issuing Bank Cards and on Transactions Performed using Payment Cards" dated December 24, 2004 No. 266-P, transactions on bank cards are performed by the cardholder or a person authorized by him.
7.6.2. Authorization of bank card transactions is carried out by the bank. If the bank has reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent, the bank has the right to refuse to carry out this operation.
7.6.3. In order to avoid cases of various kinds of misuse of bank cards during payment, all Orders paid with a bank card are checked by the Seller. In order to verify the identity of the owner and his/her right to use the card, the Seller has the right to require the Buyer who placed such an order to present an identity document.
7.7. The Seller has the right to provide discounts on Goods and establish a bonus program. The types of discounts, bonuses, and the order and conditions of accrual are determined by the Seller independently and indicated in the Online store.
7.8. An order is considered incomplete if the Buyer has informed about a change in the purchase decision before the start of the order assembly in the warehouse. If the Buyer informed the Seller about this after the start of the order assembly in the warehouse, then changes in the configuration are not possible.
8. Return of the product.
8.1. Unused goods in sealed original packaging are accepted for return.
8.2. Defective goods are exchanged based on the conclusion of the Service Center.
8.3. The Seller performs all possible measures to minimize the duration of the exchange of goods. The maximum period for the exchange of goods may not exceed the time limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
9. Confidentiality and information protection.
9.1. User's Personal Data/The Buyer's data is processed on the basis of Federal Law No. 152 "On Personal Data" and in accordance with the Seller's personal data processing policy.
9.2. Upon registration, the User provides personal data.
9.3. By submitting their personal data to the Seller, the Visitor /User/The Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data, the receipt of personal data by the Seller from the Visitor / User/The Buyer and other persons, the transfer of personal data to third parties in order to achieve the purposes of personal data processing and confirms that, when making a decision, he acts freely, voluntarily and in his own interest.
9.4. Consent to the processing of personal data is given for the purposes of informing about new products, special promotions and offers, fulfilling obligations under this Public Offer, organizing the delivery of goods to Customers, and monitoring Visitor/User satisfaction./The Buyer, as well as quality control of the services provided by the Seller.
9.5. Personal data processing means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification) extraction, use, transfer (including transfer to third parties, not excluding cross-border transfer, if the need for it arose in the course of fulfilling obligations), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
9.6. The Seller has the right to send informational, including advertising messages, to the User's e-mail and mobile phone/The buyer with his consent, expressed by performing actions that uniquely identify this subscriber and allow him to reliably establish his will to receive the message. User/The Buyer has the right to refuse to receive advertising and other information without explaining the reasons for the refusal by informing the Seller of his refusal by phone or by sending a corresponding application to the Seller's email address. Service messages informing the User/The Buyer's information about the order and the stages of its processing are sent automatically and cannot be rejected by the User./
9.7. The Consent may be revoked at any time by revoking acceptance of this Public Offer through a written request to the Seller. The processing of personal data may be continued if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152 "On Personal Data".
9.8. The Seller has the right to use the "cookies" technology. "Cookies" do not contain confidential information. The Visitor / User / Buyer hereby agrees to the collection, analysis and use of cookies, including by third parties, for the purposes of generating statistics and optimizing advertising messages.
9.9. The Seller receives information about the IP address of the Visitor to the Online Store. This information is not used to identify the Visitor.
10. The validity period of the Public Offer.
10.1. This Public Offer comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the Visitor./By the Buyer, and is valid until the moment of withdrawal of acceptance of the Public Offer.
11. Additional conditions.
11.1. The Seller has the right to assign or otherwise transfer his rights and obligations arising from his relationship with the Buyer to third parties.
11.2. The Online store and the services provided may be temporarily partially or completely unavailable due to preventive or other work, or for any other technical reasons. The Seller's Technical service has the right to periodically carry out necessary preventive or other work with or without prior notification to Buyers.
11.3. In case of questions and complaints from the User/The Buyer must contact the Seller by phone or by any other available means. The parties will try to resolve all disputes through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Stage 1
The development of acoustic elements and software for controlling sound generation is individual for each car model—the location, composition of the system, and acoustic characteristics of the car body are considered. ENGINEVOX systems, depending on the number of external acoustic elements, are divided into 4 Stage levels.
The Stage 1 is the most accessible level of ENGINEVOX systems. Decent sound and the basic stage of the potential of ENGINEVOX systems. It usually includes 3-4 speakers, depending on the make and model of the car on which the electronic exhaust will be installed. The speakers have a high-precision engine sound generator, sound amplifier, brackets, and cables for installation and switching.
Stage 1+
The Stage 1+ level is the optimal choice in terms of price and potential of the electronic exhaust. Most often, the Stage 1+ configuration includes the same Stage 1 (3-4 speakers) and two additional high-frequency speakers, but the composition of the kit may vary depending on the customer's car.
The external elements in the structure are thermally and moisture-proof. Aesthetically impeccable components of the systems are made of high-quality materials with multi-stage quality control.
Stage 2
The Stage 2 level includes Stage 1+ components and is complemented by low-frequency speakers for low pitch and heavy-duty speakers for even greater volume. Systems of this level include from 7 to 8 external acoustic elements, a high-precision engine sound generator with two powerful sound amplifiers, and a set of brackets and cables for complete installation and switching.
The company's specialists develop the ENGINEVOX electronic exhaust software as custom—each car model receives unique sound generation control software.
Stage 3
The Stage 3 level is the loudest package in the ENGINEVOX line. It has a low-pitched sound, including Stage 1+, an additional low frequency, and two heavy-duty speakers. They are complemented by a high-precision engine sound generator, two powerful sound amplifiers, and a set of brackets and cables for complete installation and switching.
Each complete set of ENGINEVOX products includes a set of presets that simulate the sound of the iconic V8 engines. Using the standard buttons in the car interior, the driver changes the operating modes of the system and switches the available sound options.
