Electronic active exhaust for Mercedes G-class 2 W463

The original Gelendwagen with military roots was produced until 2018, and the second-generation SUVs are considered the last “real” W463. AMG-versions with powerful V8 and characteristic exhaust sound are perceived as a status symbol, but the G-Class was equipped with other engines (including diesel) that do not sound so convincing. The ENGINEVOX team has developed an active acoustic exhaust system for the Mercedes G-Class II that is compatible with all powertrains. The customized system is designed for each car model, considering its peculiarities. Even the diesel Gelandewagen can sound similar to the flagship AMG G63. Other sound modes are also available, simulating recognizable British, European, and American V8s.
